100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel good about Ultimate Gum Solution. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you have 100 days from the date your order is delivered to ask for a refund.

The 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to orders placed on or after October 5, 2026.

How it works

  • One order, 100 days. You can request a refund on your most recent order within 100 days of its delivery. The guarantee covers your most recent order only, not every order you've placed over time.
  • One refund per customer. The guarantee applies once per customer, household and payment method.
  • Opened bottles are fine. You don't need unused product or the original packaging. We do ask that you send back the bottles from that order, even if they're empty or partly used.
  • Ask first. Email us at support@ultimategumsolution.com with your name and order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Packages sent back without a refund request can't be accepted.
  • Return shipping. You pay the cost of shipping the bottles back to us.
  • Your refund. Once your return arrives, we'll begin to process your refund. Your purchase will be refunded to your original payment method after processing. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Subscriptions

For subscription orders, the guarantee covers your most recent delivery. Cancel your subscription first so you don't receive another shipment (see our Cancellation Policy). Deliveries that shipped before you cancel are covered only if they are your most recent order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email support@ultimategumsolution.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. We may ask you to send the damaged item back.

Exceptions

  • Orders bought from other sellers or marketplaces aren't covered. Please contact that seller.
  • We may decline refunds where we see abuse of this guarantee, such as repeated refund requests or bulk resale.
